FAQ

I’m not feeling well. What options do I have for my tickets?

Thank you for taking care of everyone by staying home. Please contact the box office at 801-363-7522 or . We are happy to help find a solution. We can set you up to stream the production or we can exchange your tickets for another date. Other options include receiving a gift certificate in the value of the tickets, donating the ticket cost, or receiving a refund.

Will streaming be available for futre productions?

We will not be offering streaming for the foreseeable future. While we’re glad we’ve been able to offer streaming as much as possible, there are many limitations for us as a theatre when it comes to streaming. We must navigate licensing logistics, extended production costs and staffing, and technical issues. At this time, we’ve decided to focus our efforts on our in-person productions and furthering our mission of developing and producing brave, contemporary theatre.

Have other questions or concerns? Please contact us at 801-363-7522 or . Our remote box office is available Monday-Friday 11am-5pm. In-person box office support is still TBD.
