WILLIAM RICHARDSON* is razz and/or matazz to be bringing Kathleen’s show to life after working on it for over two years. He originated Michael in Playwrights’ Lab, where he also played Gandry in David Jacobi’s READY, STEADY, YETI, GO! and Adlam in Eleanor Burgess’ SPARKS FLY UPWARD. He first appeared here at SLAC in the Regional Premiere of Meg Gibson & Keith Reddin's TOO MUCH MEMORY as the soldier Stuart, hammed it up as Doc Bornstein in Allen Nevins & Nancy Borgenicht's SV17: THE SHIT SHOW, and read roles in Julie Jensen’s THE HARVEY GIRLS, Steve Yockey’s BLEEDING HEARTS, and Robert Askins’ THE SQUIRRELS. Favorite recents include Utah Opera debut singing Anselmo (“Little Bird”) in MAN OF LA MANCHA, as well as Professor in SOUTH PACIFIC at Westchester Broadway Theatre in New York, and starring last summer as Candy in CANDY & DOROTHY by David Johnston with In The Now Productions. He holds a B.A. in Musical Theatre from Weber State University and is a proud member of Actors’ Equity. He would love it if you follow him online @theatrebywill, more info at theatrebywill.com.
