Archelaus Crisanto* (Fred) is absolutely delighted to be returning to SLAC. Archie is an actor/director/filmmaker and storyteller. He is an Oregon transplant to Utah and proud Filipino immigrant American. Equally at home on stage and screen - Archie was last seen on stage as an understudy for SLAC's world premiere production of Steve Yockey's Sleeping Giant, and onscreen in a segment of the popular horror franchise V/H/S on Shudder (V/H/S'99). Some of Archie's stage credits include Trevor in the Play That Goes Wrong (Pioneer Theatre Company), Speed in The Odd Couple (Hale Center Orem), Macbeth in Macbeth, Claudius in Hamlet, Theseus/Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Don Armado in Love's Labor's Lost (Grassroots Shakespeare). Archie is an instructor of Epoca' Acting Class, who are committed to empowering BIPOC performers and expanding diverse representation in Utah film and theatre, and runs "It's Only A Movie!", a Utah Only Short Horror Film Festival. Archie loves cooking (and eating) Filipino food, obscure 60's soul covers, and boxing.
